It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frankie Mullin (Mount Vernon, Illinois), who passed away on August 3, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Fred Mullin of Mount Vernon and Soandra Bishop of Florida. She is survived by: her granddaughter Steveny Brockman of Mount Vernon; her children, Veronica Tarrant of Mount Vernon and Steven Brockman of Mount Vernon; and also Ray Trimm of Mount Vernon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
