He was predeceased by: his parent Nina Hale (Kiser). He is survived by: his spouses, Alice Hale (Piercy-Moore) and Dorothy Christina Hale (Pickett); his parent Dewitt Talmadge Hale; his daughter JoAnne; and also Dorothy. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
