She was predeceased by: her spouse David Sherman Bullock; her son Gary L. Bullock; and her brothers, Paul Owens, Ansel Owens, George Robert Owens and Howard Owens.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Anne Crousore (Bullock) of Columbia, MO and Fred Bullock of St. James, MO; and her sister Audrey White (Jim) of Fort Sumpters, SC..
