It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elberta Piper (Mount Vernon, Illinois), born in Woodlawn, Illinois, who passed away on November 29, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Leroy Spangler; and her granddaughter Jenifer Czerniejewski. She is survived by: her spouse Seaton Piper; her child Alfred E. "Al" Piper; her grandchildren, Jeff Piper, Amy Lou Baird, Steven Piper, Fredrick Piper and Kendra Clayton; her great grandchildren, Trent, Brittany, Derek, Amber, Alyssa, Haley, Tristen, Trey, Kelsea, Lilly, Rebecka, Kadence and Loralie; and her sister LaVern Loyd of Williamsville, Illinois. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
