Troutt and Helen Troutt (Kehrer); her spouse Howard Chambliss; her children, Andrew Chambliss (Ashley) of Mount Vernon, Daniel Chambliss of Mount Vernon, Pamela Marshall (Jeff) of Peoria and Amanda Mitchell (David) of Salem, Illinois; her grandchildren, Ethan Marshall, Braylynn Marshall, Riley Chambliss and Dayton Mitchell; her half-brother Edward Troutt of Texas; her mother-in-law Janith Chambliss Scott of Mount Vernon; and her sisters-in-law, Donna Bauer of Mount Vernon, Paula Sexton (Clarence) of Justice and Doris Troutt of Mount Vernon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
