It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Cox (Mount Vernon, Illinois), who passed away on October 21, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Grover Cox and Jawana Payne of Mount Venron. He is survived by: his spouse Sharon E. Cox (Wilkey); his children, David Michael Cox (Nancy) of Mount Vernon, D'Anna Dailey (Aaron) of Mount Vernon and Debra Sue; his grandchildren, Bryn, Eric, Whitney, Logan, Josh and Levi; his sibling LeRoy Cox (Debbie) of Marion; and his sister-in-law Jo Ann Cox of Mount Vernon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
