He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Crawford and Neala Crawford (Shelton); his siblings, Glenda Hefner and Loren Crawford; and his grandfather Walter Adams.
He is survived by: his daughter Kelly (Travis Milburn) of Indianapolis; his grandsons, Dylan and Gavin Milburn; and his siblings, Paul Crawford of Mt. Vernon, David Crawford (Debbie) of Bonnie, IL and Roseanna Elliston of Mt. Vernon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
