We are sad to announce that on July 19, 2021, at the age of 81, James E. Keplingeer of Mount Morris, Illinois, born in Freeport, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Everett Keplinger and Ada R. Keplinger; his wife Barbara May; his son Curtis Keplinger (Laura Wulf) of Dixon; and his sister Jane Sheely (Ken) of Adaline Cremation.
