She was predeceased by: her parents, Buell Abney and Flora Abney; her husband James E. McGuire; her son Terry McGuire (Debra) of Palm Springs, California.; and her brother Buell Abney, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Bradley S. McGuire (Patty) of Nashville, Brian McGuire (Catricia) of Eugene and Melissa Williams (Michael) of Clarksville; her grandchildren, Travis McGuire, Daniel, Nathan, Hannah, Jonathan McGuire, Bryce, Preston Henze, Cormac and Connor Mayhue; her sisters, Sharon Lawton (Earl) and Marian Williams (Don) of St. Louis, Missouri; and her friend Juanita Pierce.
