It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Ann Jackman of Mount Carmel, Illinois, who passed away on August 17, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Foshee and Roxie Foshee (Hunter). She is survived by: her husband Joe Jackman; and her grandchildren, Grace Fischer, Kendal Patberg, Kenni Homan and Gabby Walther.
