It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Diane Swanson of Mount Carmel, Illinois, who passed away on December 31, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Rosignol and Myrtle Rosignol (Guard); her husband Michael C. Swanson; and her brother Howard Rosignol (Etta). She is survived by: her children, Teresa Braunlich (Jim) of Michigan and Mike Swanson II of Mount Carmel; her grandchildren, Jason Overbee (Malak), Eric Swanson (Samantha Smith), Kristy Bray (Jeremy) and Elizabeth Swanson (Daniel Dudley); her great grandchildren, KaleeAnn, Gabriel, Xander Overbee, Alayna Swanson, Jonah, Ezrah Dudley, Tristan, Chandler, Karson, Lola Bray, Elora and Waylon Swanson; and her brothers, Paul Rosignol (Nancy) and Bill Rosignol (Cindy). She is also survived by her family and friends.
