He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis James and Madeline Welk Riggenbach. He is survived by: his wife Waneta Manard; his children, Christi Van Antwerp of Washington, Cindy Springer (Steve) of Eureka and Phillip Riggenbach (Danette) of Chenoa; his grandchildren, Josiah Springer (Anna), Elijah Springer (Betsy), Annaliese Mingus-Harris (Brandon), Elizabeth Springer, Judah Springer, Noah Riggenbach and Mary Avila (Giovanni); and his sister Sharon Frana of Metropolis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
