He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Sullivan and Dorothy Sullivan (Kerstetter); and his sister Teri Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Sullivan of Morton; his sons, Jordan Sullivan (Megan) of Naperville, Ill. and Jacob Sullivan (Anna) of Metamora; and his siblings, Jim Sullivan (Debbie), Paula Sullivan, Mike Sullivan, Janet Frederick and Judy Sullivan (Mary Price).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to New Life Christian Church in Morton.
