He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Johansen and Lola Worthey Johansen; and his brother Charlie. He is survived by: his son Tyler Johansen (Jenn) of Melissa, TX; and his siblings, Debbie Dean (Tom) and Spencer Johansen (Elizabeth). He is also survived by two grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
