He is survived by: his former wife Debbie Lohman; his girlfriend Mary Lou DeFoe of Paris, Tennessee; his son Adam Clark (Andrea) of Morton; and his siblings, Carolyn Kroll (Dennis) of Eureka, Marilyn Collins of Peoria and Bill Clark (Brenda) of Pekin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
