She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Harold and Catherine Ely Cecil; her husband Curtis W. Tooley; her brother William Don Cecil; her niece Debbie Koelling of Kewanee, IL; and her nephews, William Cecil of Rockwall, TX, Patrick Cecil of Rowlett, TX and Michael Cecil of Kewanee, IL. She was also cherished by great nieces, nephews and cousins.
