We are sad to announce that on August 29, 2023, at the age of 96, Phyllis Evelsizer of Morton, Illinois, born in Gibson City, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Brenneisen and Jennie Brenneisen (Cornelison); and her husband Kenneth Evelsizer. She is survived by: her son Randall Evelsizer (Susan) of Delavan; her grandchildren, Jessica Embry (Thomas) of Mackinaw and Benjamin Evelsizer (Jaycee) of Collinsville, Ill.; and her great grandchildren, Isla, Callan, Elsie and Eden.

Memorials may be made to Morton United Methodist Church Building Fund.
