He is survived by: his parents, Michael "Mike" Maurice and Julie Ann Miller (Bateman) of Elmwood, IL; his sister Kristin Werner (Rachel) of Highland, IL; his nieces and nephews, Jay True, Emelia Lauren and Finn Michael; his pet Milkshake; and his spouse Illinoisan Rachel.
