He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick "Fritz" Millard and Marlyn Millard (Hannah); and his sister Kristy Lopotko. He is survived by: his wife Beth Millard of Morton; his sons, Aaron Millard of Peoria and Tony Millard (Amy) of Oswego, Ill.; and his grandchildren, Avery Millard, Ashton Millard and Tinley Millard.
