He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph F. Ault and Dorothy Jean Ault (Schweitzer); his grandparents, Fred, Ellen Ault, Harry and Ruth Schweitzer; his sister Peggy Ault Kulczewski; his niece Kimberly Ault Anderson; and his great-nephew William Vaughn Gambetta.

He is survived by: his former wife Carolyn Sue Boostrom; his wife Sue Ault; his pet Onyx; his daughters, Amy Sue Glenn (Tom) of Monmouth and April Dawn Young (Bryan) of Monmouth; his grandchildren, Reverend Zackary Glenn, Holly Sue Scott (Kyle), Grace Louessa Young and Graham Scott Young; his great grandchildren, Eliana Mercy Glenn, Ezra Jude Glenn and Louessa Lane Westbrook; his siblings, Bill Ault (Caroline), Ruth Ellen Shimmin (Steve) and Richard Neal Ault; and his siblings-in-law, Al Kulczewski, Debby Boostrom Fuess (Rod) and Rusty Boostrom (Joy).

Memorials may be made to the Wayne H. Ault Memorial Fund and left in the care of the funeral home.
