She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Eugene and Gladys Loretta Sage (Thomas); and her siblings, Nancy Wheeler, Sharon Bishop, Diane Chewning, Cindy Brant, Linda Thompson and Allen Sage.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Brooke Ledbetter, Kaitlyn Ledbetter and Anthony Becker; her brother Richard Sage (Linda) of Aledo; and her cousin Terri Sage of Monmouth, Illinois..
