He is survived by: his wife Lois J. Luedtke of Momence, IL.; and his daughters, Lou Ann Luedtke of Peoria, IL and Jane Ellen Luedtke of Kankakee, IL.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

“To Franks family. I am so sorry for your loss. I road the bus going to school with his girls. My father Clyde Smith Jr. worked at Armstrong's & talked about seeing Jane there. He stored his Lincoln at Franks many winters. He rolled his favorite PU on an icy spot approaching Franks house. I think he was a good friend. My parents passed years ago. I know what this loss is like. I am thankful that you had him for so long. He would be lost without his wife he didn't know how to cook. Sherry Smith”
