She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Ritter and Maggie Ritter (Pentecost); her husband Harry M. Powell Sr.; her children, Nancy Lusk, Harry Powell Jr., Kathie Jones and Tim Powell; and her granddaughter Ashley Marcotte.
She is survived by: her children, Danny Powell of Momence, Peggy Bradley (James) of Manhattan, Pamela LeClaire of Bourbonnais and Vicky Bennett (Pat) of Martinton; her daughter-in-law Lois Powell; her nephew Jimmy; her niece Doris Mikel of Braidwood; and her close friends, Connie Johnson, Sharon Mattocks, Barry Keen and Buelah Daniels. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
