He is survived by: his wife Candice Kelly; his sons, Brett Kelly of Momence, IL, Joshua Peschke of Mt. Vernon, OH and Andrew Kelly (Madison Curcuro); and his daughter-in-law Heather Kelly. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
