He was predeceased by: his parents, Akuiakui Kouevidjin and Amelevi Afanou. He is survived by: his wife Magne Kpomblanou; his children, François Folly (Fifi Kouevidjin), Régis Kangni (Kafui Yesuto Hamegnon) and Cherita Adomenyo; his siblings, Theo Agovina, Ablewa, Afansi and Lossou; and his grandchildren, Ekoue Isaac, Nadou Emmanuella, Laticia Ayele, Ruth, Ayele Rebecca, Kaleb Deladem, Jael Kayi, Afi Eliora and Francis Ekoue.
