He is survived by: his wife Judy Avery Bote; his children, Glen Bote Jr., Kathy Scarberry, Garth Bote, Cami Ill (Jason) and Cory Bote; his granddaughters, Emma Ill, Molly Ill and Vivienne Bote; his sisters, Nancy Westbo and Kelly Rylander (Steve); and his extended family, Diana, Dick Morris and Donna Boggs.
