He is survived by: his parents, Angela Carnahan of Moline and Charles Blaszczyk (Michelle Blaszczyk); his son Corbin Loterbauer; his siblings, Cierra Blaszczyk (Steven), Gavin Denney, Lindsey Myers (Allen) and Alexandria Casey (Chris); and his grandparents, Donna Thomas, Guy, Rhonda Carnahan, Carol Halligan and Earl Hipkins. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the family for a fund to be established in Dustin's memory.
