She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Karzin and Dorothy Karzin (Schader); and her sons, Don "Bugs" and Johnny Hartman. She is survived by: her children, Michael Hartman (Phyllis) of St. Augustine, Melanie Lemon (Peter Uribe) of Moline and Bridget Bailey (Chad Denney) of Rock Island. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
