He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Donald G. Peterson and Grace Peterson (Forsberg); and his daughter Christine. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Andy Peterson (Brooke) of Cary, NC and J. C.; his grandchildren, Grant, Sarah, Tyler, Griffin and Maddox; and his siblings, Stephen (Mabel Jean) of Wallingford, CT and Carol of Moab, UT..
