He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank T. Plotner and Joyce A. Plotner (Ehlers); and his brother Terry Plotner. He is survived by: his siblings, Tom Plotner Jr. (Lisa) of Coal Valley, IL, Randy Plotner of Clearwater, FL, Judy Carlson (Bobby) of Milan, IL and Gary Plotner (Anna) of East Moline, IL; and his stepfather Doug Garrett. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
