It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James B Cation of Milan, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on November 22, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Cation and Olga Cation (Ohmann-Belsley). He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane Smith; and his children, Becky Leib (Chuck) of Milan, Jim Cation (Diane) of Minocqua and Gary Cation (Mary) of Lombard, Illinois. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, Moline, or Salvation Army, Moline.
