He is survived by: his parent Lydia Carpio (Billingsley); his children, Luke Smith and Abbree VanWinkle; his grandchildren, Kyle Kent, Devin Kent, Patience Stevens, Bryce Stevens and Collen Dillard; his great grandchild Wesley Dillard; and his siblings, Eileen Sanders, Douglas VanWinkle and Delila VanWinkle.
