She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Hosticka and Josephine Hosticka (Slansek). She is survived by: her husband Michael Thomka of Wood Dale, IL; her daughters, Tracey Grzanich (Derek) of Missouri City, TX, Michelle Musselman (Steve) of Princeville, IL and Stephanie Cannizzaro (Angelo) of Mount Prospect, IL; her grandchildren, Owen, Tyler, Leo, Ryan and Josephine; and her siblings, Frank, Allen Jr., Cathy, Carolyn, Cheryl and Cindy.
