She was predeceased by: her parents, Elba "E. W." Yarde and Bessie Ann Yarde (Smith); her husband Harold L. Brown; her sons, Mark Anthony Brown and Jackie Lee Brown; and her sisters, Jennie Miller and Beatrice Yarde.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa (William Dameron), Diane (Gary Newswander) and Laurie (Ken Berthel); her brother Robert "Tad"; her sister-in-law Marilyn Yarde of Monmouth; her niece June Miller Goben of Viola, IL; her grandchildren, Brenda Dillie, Jennie Hamor, Hollie, Tom Hicks, Teresa, Andrew Jarrick, Eric, Kelsey Hilton, Ryan, Bethany Nestrick, John, Amanda Berthel, Meredith and Cyrus Turner; and her great grandchildren, Thomas, Steven, Savannah, Kathryn, Crystal, Abegeal, Brody, Hannah, Connor, Ethan, Emma, Everett, Henry, Jack, McKenna, Paige, Andrew, Zach, Linus, Leland, Felicity, Jeremy and Jason.
