He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Hamilton (White); his children, Janice Rasmussen (Mark) of Goreville, IL and Bruce Hamilton (Lani) of Kaneohe, HI; his grandchildren, Kristy Vukmanic (Brett) of Chesapeake, VA and Scott Vicary (Ashley) of Peoria, IL; and his great grandchildren, Fiona, Piper Vukmanic and Brox Vicary. He is also survived by his friends, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
