She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Severns and Dora Severns (Harness); her son Todd Phillips; and her siblings, Richard, Harold, Gary Severns and Mary Cogdill.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Eugene Phillips; her son Troy Phillips (Leonna Deemie) of Pekin; her grandchildren, Toby Phillips (Annie) of Metamora, Mills Johnson of Washington and Madalyn Phillips of Washington; and her brother Daniel Severns of East Peoria. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
