She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Dalton and Hilda Dalton (Frey); her siblings, Donald, Robert, Norman Dalton and Marge McFarland; and her siblings-in-law, Everett McFarland, John Stewart, Delphine Dalton, Barb Dalton and Donald Johnson.

She is survived by: her husband James R. Johnson of Mendota; her brother-in-law Mac McFarland; her aunt Doris; her uncle Fred Yost; her daughter Katherine Gross (Jim) of LaMoille; her sisters, Judy Stewart of Mendota and Joan DeVault (Ray) of Mendota; her sister-in-law Mary Dalton of Peru; her grandsons, James Albers (Elyssa) of West Brooklyn, Justin Albers (Hollie) of Compton, Jacob Albers of Rochelle and Jordan Albers of Mendota; and her great grandchildren, Raelynn, Nash Albers of Compton and David Albers of West Brooklyn.
