She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Spitz and Elizabeth Spitz (Kratz); her daughter Susan Taylor; her grandson Taylor Hall; and her siblings, Al Spitz, Leo Spitz, Martin Spitz, Delbert Spitz, Estelle Fonner, Delores Brandt and Florence "Toots" Kuebel.
She is survived by: her daughters, Doris Decker of Des Moines, Lois Schwemlein (Richard) of Mendota, Shirley Dallmier (Don) of Arcola and Cathy Hall of Des Moines, Iowa; and her sisters, Carlene Schuhler of Sublette and Rita Jones (David) of Mendota. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren.
