With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Modesta Sarabia (Melrose Park, Illinois), who passed away on February 24, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Feliciano; and her siblings, Francisca, Antonia, Pedro and Anselmo.
She is survived by: her children, Maurilio, Hermelinda, Christina, Lauro, Sofia, Bartolo, Ruben, Felipe, Monica and Lilia; and her siblings, Acencion and Julia.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carbonara Funeral Home (1515 25th Ave, Melrose Park, IL 60160). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Gertrude Church.
