She is survived by: her children, Judy Rodriguez (Arturo) of Palm Coast and Alvin Daniel "Dee" Hoffman II (Judy Jarrett) of Jackson; her grandchildren, Alan Rodriguez, Carmen Tuchman (David), Danielle McIntosh (Lucas), Emily Schwent (Daniel) and Graham Hoffman (Dava); her great grandchildren, Moira McIntosh, Ingram McIntosh and Austin Tuchman; and her brother Jerry Mainer (Erla) of Granite City, Illinois..
