He was predeceased by: his spouse Marion; his children, Madalyn Ruffin (late Johnny) and Tony C. Donald, Sr. (Marian); and his grandchildren, Lesly T. Donald and Stephen T. Frazier, Jr. (Tara "LaShay").

He is survived by: his children, Brenda Donald, Susan Anderson (Larry) and Jeffrey Donald (Carolyn); his grandchildren, Tamyra Thomas (Anthony), Jason D. Neal, Tony C. Donald, Jr., Clifton Donald (Shavon), Ebonie M. Miller (Leon) and Melanie D. Donald; and his sibling Vole E. Donald (Audrey).
