She is survived by: her husband John Welborn; her sons, John Welborn Jr. (Jesse Newman) of Oak Park, IL and Andy Welborn (Tammy Welborn) of Marshall, IL; her grandchildren, Lynn Welborn, Isaac Welborn and Pascal Welborn; and her brothers, Ronnie Ray (Jean Ray) of Boone, N. C, Tony Ray (Robin Ray) of Boone, N. C and Ricky Ray (Debra Ray) of Boone, N. C. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
