She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronda Ray and Georgia Ray. She is survived by: her husband John Welborn; her sons, John Welborn Jr. (Jesse Newman) of Oak Park, IL and Andy Welborn (Tammy Welborn) of Marshall, IL; her grandchildren, Lynn Welborn, Isaac Welborn and Pascal Welborn; and her brothers, Ronnie Ray (Jean Ray) of Boone, N. C, Tony Ray (Robin Ray) of Boone, N. C and Ricky Ray (Debra Ray) of Boone, N. C. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to Toys for Tots, care of Knights of Columbus in Marshall, IL, or Samaritan's Purse'Ukraine relief.
