She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Leonard and Bertha Alice Fore Belskamper; her husband Frederick W. Lewis Jr.; and her siblings, John E. Belskamper, Bob Belskamper and Joanne Simmons.
She is survived by: her children, David Lewis (Joyce) of Marshall, IL, Marsha Bennett (Steve) of New Castle, IN, Sharon Blankenbaker (Mark) of Martinsville, IL and Gary Lewis of Marshall, IL. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
