She was predeceased by: her parents, William Earl and Reba R. Long Scott; her husband Jack Owen Warner; and her sons, Earl Warner, Danny Warner and Donny Warner.
She is survived by: her children, Alicia "Lisa" Warner Lashbrook and Keith Warner (Laura) of Hillsboro, OH; her daughters-in-law, Jane Warner of Marshall, IL, Pam Warner of Marshall, IL, Carole Ann Warner of Marshall, IL and Tammie Warner of Terre Haute, IN; and her sister Alice Scott O'Neil of Dallas, TX. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
