He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Youngdahl and Celia Youngdahl (Waring); and his parents-in-law, Pete and Clara Bartram (Cornwell). He is survived by: his wife Alta Bartram; his daughters, Erika Dawn Youngdahl and Carla Youngdahl; and his granddaughters, Evelyn Bauman and Greta Berg. He is also survived by brother- and sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Since Leif lived with Parkinson's disease for over 30 years, in Lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's research.
