She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Willmann and Mabel Willmann (Miller); her husband Harold M. Wernz; her siblings-in-law, Robert Wernz, Stanley Joe Wernz and Lucille Wernz; and her son-in-law Earl Warner.
She is survived by: her children, Carl Wernz of Oblong, Jim Wernz (Sue) of West Union, Jane Warner and Cartha Gustafson (Richard) of Marshall; her grandchildren, Lundie Plummer, Carie Jansen (Paul), Tiffany Walters (Damon), Alex Wernz (Jacky), Jessica Harvey (Shawn), Jenny Gaines (Jacob), Randy Gustafson (Miranda) and Dallas Gustafson (Katie); her stepgrandchildren, Chasity Christopulos (Nick) and Kim Sikorski (Frank); and her sister-in-law Dorothea Wernz of West Union.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her honor to Clark County 4-H Foundation or Grace Lutheran Church.
