He was predeceased by: his parents, Ron Murphy and Doris Ennis Murphy; and his brother John Ennis. He is survived by: his sisters, Cindy Ennis Robertson (Bruce), Tracey Ennis Thompson (Gary), Shelly Ennis Switzer (Mike) and Molly Murphy Kile; and his nieces and nephews, Seyller Robertson, Bryant Robertson, Libbey Robertson Hamilton, Dane Thompson, Mack Thompson, Lucas Thompson, Wade Switzer, Shanna Switzer Harris, Josey Boatright and Kody Kile.
