Fortner; his wife Dawna Rankin Fortner; his brothers, Brad Fortner and Steve Fortner; his niece Robin Maurer (Rusty); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jada and Jasmyn; his siblings-in-law, Kenny Rankin, Loretta Burger and Diane Hunt; and his friends, Lois Brosman, John, Janet Noe, Bretaney, Aaron Noe, Fred, Brenda Miller and Chuck.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to either St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Riley Children's Hospital.
