It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl F. Bender of Marshall, Illinois, who passed away on May 6, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Bender and Anna Timmerman Bender; his wife Violet Louise Turner; his children, Larry Bender (Mary Jane) of Marshall and Judy Pole (Roger) of North Ft; his grandchildren, Kelly Livvix (Josh) of Marshall and Kyle Bender (Julie) of Marshall; his stepgrandchildren, Mary Brown, Mark Barr, Pat Barr and David Barr; his great grandchildren, Cole Livvix, Calvin Livvix, Brooklyn Bender and Coy Bender; and his sister-in-law Joan Turner. He was also cherished by three step great grandchildren; six step great great grandchildren.
