She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Sapp and Lucille Sapp (Stebbins). She is survived by: her husband Henry "Hank" Roe of Marseilles; her daughter Darlene Roe-Poundstone of Marseilles; her grandchildren, Emily Kaufman (Zachary), Matthew and Samuel Poundstone; and her cousin Janet Frunzar of Glen Ellyn.
